If you plan to visit freedom square, don't pass this hotel up. Easy walk to Technical University subway station. We appreciated staying at best western tbilisi art. Deutsches Bierhaus, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining...

Lagaza wine bar, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose best western tbilisi art;))
